WHAT IS THE M PRACTICE?
The M Practice is a holistic mental health practice that helps you incorporate healthy habits into your life and find your happy balance. These online full lenght M practices can be tailored to meet your likes and needs. Each practice varies but can include intention or goal setting, meditation, mindful exercises or breathwork. You can tailor the movement portion of your class to suit your preference or your mood, it may be guided or self-guided with a choice of yoga, mindful stretching, cardio, dance or another exercise program. These full practices can last between 30 - 60 minutes but feel free to modify them to be shorter or longer if needed. Your practice can be what you want it to be, as you have several class styles and themes to choose from on topics like stress relief, connection, gratitude, self-compassion or body acceptance. We would love for you to uncover the perfect M Practice for you. Remember you are your greatest teacher, listen to your intuition, the practice is there to help guide you. So feel free to take what works for you in that moment and leave what does not.
